About Us
The Canadian Pickleball Federation is the national governing body for the sport of pickleball in Canada. Canada Pickleball is our online publication.
CPF Membership
Our membership consists of representatives appointed by duly registered provincial governing bodies who collectively represent more than 2000 active Canadian pickleball players.
Pickleball players from the above list of affilated provinces are encouraged to join their provincial associations. Doing so will automatically make them members of the Canadian Pickleball Federation.
Players from provinces who are not on the list above are able to join the Canadian Pickleball Federation as non-voting members. Once their provincial association becomes formally affiliated with the CPF, we will let them know and request that they join their provincial governing body.
CFP Mandate
The Canadian Pickleball Federation is a duly registered non-profit corporation (Corporations Canada file number 777663-2) with federally approved bylaws that provide for a democratically elected board of directors.
The Canadian Pickleball Federation’s mandate is to guide pickleball toward official recognition as a sport by Sport Canada and the Canadian Olympic Committee.
Commercial Activities
The Canadian Pickleball Federation does not sell pickleball products or services to individuals. We do not share our membership list or any information pertaining to our members with commercial enterprises.
The Canadian Pickleball Federation does not endorse any paddle brands nor do we discriminate against players who choose one brand over another. All players and all brands are welcome in the sport of pickleball.
